I just wanted to extend a warm thank you to the two lovely ladies who stayed back tonight to help me pick out some beautiful gifts for my friend's birthday tomorrow. I had arrived just before closing time, and they kindly kept the shop open for me so I could find something special. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and patience it really meant a lot to me. Your staff are absolutely wonderful, thank you again ❤️❤️

Had bought a fashion chanel glasses at chermcide westfield. The glasses on the side was accidentally removed and i was disaqppointed. I went to chanel shop yesterday pm before they closes the sales lady took my details and saw my glasses and reported what happened she promiswd me that someone will contact me to no avail i am still waiting for there call.i am not happy th3 chanel was very exp3nsive and it didnt last longer i only used it for 3 times.what a shame.it looks like fake.

I had a wonderful pampering with a facial from Emelie. I was sampling the new additions to the Chanel skin care range. I was totally spoilt and received expert advice and tips on all the products. Emelie gave me personalised advice that will best suit my skin type and skin care regime. Thank you so much Emelie, it’s always a special experience having one of your facials.

My daughter wanted to try Chanel samples. She tested in the boutique store however wanted to try out at home to get the best experience which will suit her without being overwhelmed. The assistant declined to give samples out and stated that a purchase needs to receive a sample. Appalling customer service as the website clearly states otherwise. The younger girls working there clearly need more experience in customer service and knowledge of the store’s policies better. We ended up in David Jones where we feel we had better ... read more
