I visit this boutique frequently. Excellent customer service. Everyone is quite friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I love being able to sample the Les Exclusif line which is mostly only sold at Chanel Beauty Boutiques. This fragrance line is incredible! Lots of goodies not available in most department stores.
I had the honor of meeting the director Kenneth Rivera upon arrival and he was very attentive from the moment I walked in, great personality and professionalism. 🫶🏽
We had a most exceptional experience this morning at Chanel Fragrance and Beauty Boutique at Short Hills. Our Chanel ambassador, Josephine Digrande was knowledgable and I greatly appreciate how Josephine shared with us about Chanel's history when she was introducing us the lip color collection. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I came in to make an appointment for my mother and I to get our makeup done for my cousins wedding. Kenny was great and made sure everything was set up and as well followed up closer to the date. Amanda did our makeup. She listened to all our requests and made great suggestions for my mother and I.
