Smallest corner store in kop. Staff working there were incredible…ly rude. They did not care for what i came in to buy but was more interested in packaging random items to sell to me as if i didn't know why i came in. Items there were so limited besides the fragrance which they were pushing so hard to sell

Their customer service tricked my husband into buying makeup worth over $600, including 2 bottles of foundation that are way lighter than my complexion. I went to exchange the unopened bottles for my actual foundation color; they said it's been over 2 weeks since he purchased them!!! My friends and I won't be patronizing this store ever again!!!

I used to buy my Chanel products at Nordstrom, Macy's and Bloomingdale's, but when they opened this store, became my favorite!, Nahla was on of my favorite beauty advisor, I loved her!, she was so nice, but she left ☹️😢, then came Mrs. Forought Hafezi, that I know her from Bloomingdale's, she is amazing!!!, always recommending me new products, so polite and sympathetic, that's why I love to go there, just like Naomi Mosley, great advisor too!.
