Frustrating experience. Was told in the local Chanel Beauty Boutique that the item I was shopping for was sold out/not available. However when chatting on the Chanel website I was told that 2 boutiques in the DC area have it in stock but she could not facilitate the purchase. Instead I would have to go back to my local boutique if I wanted it shipped from another boutique because all phone calls to the boutiques go through central customer service which includes the people who respond to the chats.
Absolutely fo NOT order anything online from this Company. Especially if you want it in a timely fashion. They get you gift cards for birthdays a day after the birthday and have a million excuses as to why it's late or non existent. After years of getting gift cards as gifts online this is the first time I've been burned. And if you purchase a gift card on line you can't use at Store. It must be used online. Worst experience I've ever had...
I came into the store today to restock on some of my essential makeup items and see what new things I can grab. As I walked in a blonde associate greeted me but also looked me up and down in the process with a very judgmental look. To picture me I’m wearing converse and I’m dressed a little grungy today, but make no mistake I have many designer items in my closest. Smallest corner store in kop. Staff working there were incredible…ly rude. They did not care for what i came in to buy but was more interested in packaging random items to sell to me as if i didn't know why i came in. Items there were so limited besides the fragrance which they were pushing so hard to sell
Excellent service and great respect. Exceeded my expectations. Will no longer go anywhere else and I live an hour away. Thank you
