This was one of the worst in-store shopping experiences I have had. Honestly, I would rather shop online than visit this store again. My friend and I were dressed appropriately and were simply browsing, but several staff members made us feel unwelcome from the moment we entered. One blonde-haired employee and another older employee were particularly rude. Worst customer service that i’ve seen out of all the “luxury stores”. First off all, they make you wait outside for 20 mins before even stepping foot in. When they do let you in, there is no welcoming at all or accommodating your needs. I asked for a pair of glasses and the lady didn’t even try to look for them and just told us that they didn’t have them, while I picked them up and found them in a second as they were right in-front of our faces. Had a great experience at the fragrance counter. Daria was lovely and provided a very honest and helpful fragrance recommendation (Paris Riviera) that led to a full bottle purchase. While many of the Chanel fragrances were out of my price range, I was able to test and sample everything I wanted without feeling pressured. Thank you!
