I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store this Saturday. I was interested in purchasing a piece of jewelry and asked the salesperson (a young Caucasian girl) if they carried a certain necklace. Instead of trying to help, she responded with a rude "What do you mean?" in a dismissive tone. When showing me an item, she almost snatched the necklace off the display and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions.
