I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Chanel for their misleading return policy and inadequate customer service. My experience with their return process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. I was excited to visit this Chanel store to purchase a lipstick, but the customer service was disappointing. The sales associate who assisted me was neither welcoming nor attentive. Instead of engaging with me, she seemed more focused on her phone. For a luxury brand like Chanel, I expected a much more professional and pleasant experience.

Stopped in and decided to buy a Chanel lipstick which was $150. I asked him if the case came with it he said no !!! I researched it and it does come with a protective case does come with it. He did not give it to us and he had an attitude I asked if there was any samples he said there’s none in the store really that surprising and I’m spending $150 for a lipstick Actually, I’m not a happy customer
