Most staff here are not friendly or welcoming. There’s this one older lady I always see there who’s frowning and looking at me up and down. Shoutout to the nicer SAs but the mood in the store makes me not want to go in. Do they not want to sell things? Other luxury stores actually have a luxury experience.

Her customer service was truly exceptional — she took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
