I'm consistently impressed with Chanel's top-quality products and exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, assisting me in selecting a few gifts for my partner. She absolutely loved them, and I appreciated the trust she had in my choices. Chanel truly delivers a luxurious shopping experience!
I think the good reviews have been bought. This store has the most entitled, rude and incompetent staff of any store i’ve been. Please don’t let them near your face with make up. Every woman before me who walked out looked like a clown after these ‘artists’ were done with them. I also wished I’d told them that working at chanel doesn’t make you fancy, you’re about the same as a mcdonalds worker but peddling something different so calm yourself.
Just random walk-in to the store this evening, and i had an amazing shopping experience with Fendi (/) who is super friendly and helpful. Thank youuuuu Fendi 🫶
