Poor communication, appointments rescheduled often. Went to a rescheduled appointment only to be told dr isn't in and need to reschedule again.
Totally dissatisfied, frustrated, unhappy, disappointed with services provided by Ravi Theethakarai Chandran, MD. Another patient’s information had been included in both the “After Visit Summary” and “Appointment Details” on MyChart. This misinformation makes it appear that I have several medical and social conditions which are untrue and irrelevant.
