Beware- this practice is all about overbooking and making money! They do not care about communicating with patients, nor are they respectful of patients’ time. I had a consult in September and arrived about 15 minutes early. I waited over two hours and still was not seen by Dr. Spring-Robinson! And I was not the only one- the people I sat next to had also waited two hours and were furious, and the bulk of the waiting room was full of disgruntled patients. This is by far the best doctor and staff I have ever seen. I can not thank them enough for everything. Dr. Spring Robinson is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to everyone. The staff is so sweet. I’m so lucky to have found them!
Everyone and everything I experienced during my visit was excellent service. Staff was polite and efficient. The PA was thorough and understanding. I’m happy I chose this office to establish care with.
