Staff has always been very kind and helpful. Have never had to wait more than maybe 10 minutes and I was probably early.
I have a high degree of respect for Dr. Sacheti as he performed an ablation to control my WPW. Close to 20 years after not a single tachycardia episode. He is a no nonsense professional that gets the job done.
I did not have a good experience when visiting! Was waiting in the room for 45 mins for the doctor to come and he came and told he was on call with another patient and the same thing happened again
Worst Dr. ever experienced. I was there for my mom, waiting in the room for over 45min. while he was sitting in the office reviewing my mom's chart. This should had been done prior to the patient coming in. How I know? because his office is right next to the room we had in and I looked out several times into his office seeing him reviewing chart.
