Indirect care reviewing results of a procedure at a UPMC Hopsital was fine. Billing was a nightmare. Not through UPMC at all; a paper bill asking me to write down my credit card # and mail it in. No online payment options. Called first #; their system was down and could not look up the bill. Was a collections agency. Called second # during narrow hours listed (1-4pm); person could not find bill or account even asking for a lot of personally identified info. Dr Polam has taken care of my mom , with her stents and saved her life , very pleased with his experience and caring for his patients. In my book he is a very good Dr. And I would refer anyone to him. I would go to him if I needed to. Thank you Dr Polam for giving us the extra years to be with my mom. You are wmazing
