This truly was one of the worst experiences ever. I was told that after applying for a “legacy family” program that I was chosen to receive a free session and a free photo from the session. I was very transparent about my family circumstances and how much this experience would mean to my son. It’s just me and him now after losing my fiance and older son. This was one of the worst business experiences we’ve ever had. There was zero transparency — no clear pricing, no real samples, and the so-called “presentation” was just blurry, outdated images projected onto a wall. The staff pushed for a quick decision instead of helping us understand what we’d be paying for. When we tried to give feedback, they completely dismissed it and showed no interest in resolving any issues. My family and I had a beautiful experience! They very accommodating and work so swiftly especially with photographing our 2 babies . They were amazing with our kids and the experience was great . I highly recommend holland portraits. My family and I found our new favorite photography studio !
