I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and outrage for the way in which I was treated by Dr. Chandra Curry of Advocate Healthcare in Hazel Crest, Illinois. I was previously a patient of Dr O’Shea and as she is no longer a part of the practice I needed to find a new physician.
