I had to finally leave my allergist of 22 years because this office he moved to doesn't answer phone calls ,doesn't refil perscptions, doesn't return voice mail messages, and overcharges your insurance and then tells you they will correct it 4 different times but never does. No one answers the phone. I have not been able to schedule an appointment for six months and I’m supposed to be on therapy shots for every month. Please provide a number to speak to someone from the front desk in order to correct this. This is unacceptable that no one has returned any of my voicemails at the main office or headquarters switchboard.
Nicest Docs I’ve ever been! Really needed my allergy test done!
No point in reaching out to the on-call service!!! You will still be left trying with no answers and waiting til Monday!!!
