I love their unique beautiful rugs! No where can you find so many gorgeous beautiful rugs , than from Chandra. I have ordered several times from this company. My experience with one rug that had an issue. They resolved it. The owner spoke with me directly. They arranged to have the rug picked up , when the timing of delivery of the replacement rug was delivered. I could not be happier with the products and the customer service . As a Designer I will continue to do business with Chandra. June with Design Chic Interiors.
Beautiful and thousands of handmade rugs!
I am a designer showroom in Scottsdale Arizona and deal with hundreds of furniture manufacturers. I will never purchase from this company ever again. I was treated and spoken disrespectfully by Chandra the owner himself. He sent the wrong rug to a customer and it wasn't caught at the time of delivery by my customer. and so because it was opened and and is now on my customer's floor he refused to take care of the issue and exchange it for the correct rug. BAD BUSINESS - BE CAREFUL
