Recently stayed here with family. Its location and views are second to none. I enjoyed every minute of sitting on the spacious balcony, watching the sunset and kangaroos jumping past. The room its self is a little tired, but it does have everything you need and I believe the condition is reflected in the affordable price. Beds are comfy enough, villa was clean. Walking distance to smiths beach. Will definitely return!

we stayed 5 nights in mid october. we came from nz for a family wedding in perth and booked into Chandlers beach villas for 5 nights to use as a base.. was so beautiful and quiet. we hardly saw a sole was clean , great kitchen with everything you could want,,,a nice private balcony and wonderful view..(.not if you wanting an up market place) - more of a family place I guess and still affordable.. could say a bit dated.... nice 5 mins walk down to beach,,,, also quite deserted at that time of year. was not very warm -- about ... read more

Chandlers Smiths Beach is a hidden gem, blending into the bush on the hillside, with the most amazing views. The villas have all the basics you need to cook up a storm or sit on the balcony with wine and cheese, soaking in that view. The grasses areas outside the villas were fabulous for some simple lawn games. Plus Smith beach is down the hill for walks and when warm enough swimming. There's even Lamonts within walking distance for meals and coffee. It really is a fabulous spot for a relaxing break in the region.

View is Amazing that’s about it! My family first stayed at chandlers for my sons 2nd Birthday,firstly we couldn’t light the stove but to be told theres matches bottom draw,also as we checked out old owner said the coffee plunger was broken as we got a call on the way home ,i informed it wasnt the other part is there ,she called back very rudely saying i have fixed it no need to pay $25.found out she wrote (distructive kids on our notes which is very unfair) why because they didnt break a thing , Which if was broken i was hap... read more
