Took an injured Magpie-lark there. Was seen immediately. Had to be euthanized but staff were so lovely & caring.
Poor pooch cut his paw this morning on a paver whilst playing ball in the back year, started bleeding badly from his front paw, I wrapped it up and no phone call just raced first thing, not expecting to get seen straight away as I understand others have pre bookings. We were quite happy to wait, but to our surprise and Ponyo's relief were seen to and soon Ponyo had a new dressing and some pain relief. thanks again staff for your wonderful help this morning. regards Lee and Ponyo Chapman
I took my 14 year old greyhound Charlie there may 21st 2025 to see Dr Div as he was profusely pooing blood. I had a vet who looked straight out of uni (still lovely though) say he needed to be put under to xray what the problem or blockage might be, I said I didn't want him going under due to his age and we were prescribed some medication (cant remember what is was) , upon going out to pay he called us back in to the practise room and said he forgot to do an anal exam, which would be the first thing you do I would think, but... read more
