I am a long term patient of this Surgery, Doctors are excellent and they all work hard under this current Health Crisis that all of Australia is experiencing. However I do have my preference in consulting with one particular GP, who I have had a patient relationship with for 17 years. He has worked hard helping me through Domestic Violence, Mental Health, and Chronic Illness Battle. The last 3 times I was at the clinic I was waiting for 30 minutes to see a doctor. I used to like this surgery because it was one of many that had no long waiting period. I am disappointed now.
Review for Dr. Rachel Chen – 5th August 2025 I had an appointment with Dr. Rachel Chen for my 21 month old daughter, who had been unwell/ not eating for more than a week. During the consultation, I expressed concern and requested a swab to help identify the cause of her symptoms? However, Dr. Chen declined, stating that a swab would likely just pick up oral bacteria and that my child appeared to be getting better. I have been a long term patient of this surgery and my experiences with the Doctors has been second to none! But I do have to say my dealings with the main desk staff has been disappointing on several occasions, they come across as disinterested and very unhelpful in any other matters other than paying your account. It doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant!
Fantastic clinic, doctors and staff are very understanding and friendly. UPDATE: I am no longer an "active patient" because I haven't been for 2 years and can no longer make an appointment. This is quite disappointing :(
