Very rude and unpleasant reception staff. Extremely unhelpful and unkind when dealing with a difficult time seeing a doctor. Do not recommended if you have small children or young family.
The Dr I see is amazing but I haven’t always had the same experience from other Drs I’ve seen there. I’m also frustrated by a bill I just got from a consult from July 2024, they said they never received the Medicare portion of the payment and now I have to try and claim it back from Medicare myself. It is an expensive clinic but I feel it is worth it because I get to see the same Dr who knows about my issues.
