Beautiful, unique venue. Food was delicious. Wine was overpriced for the quality. The outside area was dirty, needs work. Administrative customer service was not timely or friendly, though waitstaff was great. Update in response to the owner: Yes, I knew the wine was 8.50 per glass but even when we asked you twice what was the brand of wine before the event, you said you “didn’t know.” The labels on the wine bottles that night told us the story of their actual price/quality. If you are in need of a venue for a bridal/baby shower, a smaller wedding/reception or a group dinner, you should check out Chandler’s Event Venue. I held my daughter’s bridal shower there this past weekend and was so incredibly pleased with the team, the food and the venue itself. The venue is in an old house in downtown Montgomery and is just the cutest!! The decor is wonderful and makes for either an elegant or casual event. It was a beautiful time at a beautiful place for our friend’s rehearsal dinner. The staff is kind and helpful and Stacey was the best bartender ever!! Definitely recommend to enjoy a private dinner with a big group
