Asked for a quote for replacing a door catch. The receptionist called back and quoted $400+. After finishing the job the guy told me it was $700+. I said that’s different to what’s quoted. And the guy said the receptionist knew nothing and didn’t have the authority to provide quote. He was basically saying either I was lying or not to trust the receptionist. Just being completely dishonest to customers, disrespectful to their own staff and an untrustworthy operation of business.
I have been coming here for 10 years Really impressed. Knowledgeable mechanics, honest advice, and great value for money. You can tell they take pride in their work.
