There were no explanation in regards to what was the issue. The tech mentioned that their would be freon place in my unit. I was not advised of the amount I had prior and how much was actually used therefore I am uncertain if he did what he said. As a result of it not sure he did anything! although it was quite peculiar that we had agreed on one pound not knowing again were we started how much was in there to begin with.
