I dropped my car at Chandler West Emission & Auto a few days ago and then I waited and waited. These people have no problem keeping you waiting. I called and was promised a call back. No way, Mike is to busy to call his customers and he has enough space to keep your car forever. We had agreed on the work to be done but of course at the last minute after I CALL, I am told that more has been done and without my permission!
