Professional and personable staff. Clean and inviting facility and grounds. Was there at lunch time and the food even looked great. Very impressive operation.
Wasn't pleased the first time insurance put my dad here, was even more disappointed the second time my dad was placed here. When we asked for assistance one person after the next says "I'll let the CNA know you need help". 5 staff people sitting at the nurses station.... each one passes the buck. God forbid they help the patients. Groups of nursing students in the hallway chatting... but go into my dads room and he has no water, has the same clothes on two days in a row, bed not changed.... The admission team was just absolutely delightful, i knew i was in right hands with the assortment of wonderful staff.The physical therapists are always on it!
This facility is fantastic!! The therapy team is always on top of my family members care :) I love walking in to see smiling faces!! thanks Chandler post!!
All right I am ready to leave a review. I was a patient there for approximately 2 weeks after knee replacement surgery. The staff is all very nice the nurses the nurses assistance and physical therapist. One of the problems is it takes some quite a while to answer the Bell which is way too long. My biggest complaint concern is with physical therapy. If they worked with me on a Friday you don't see them again until Monday. I believe they should have had me up and walking daily at least once.
