A great company to service or repair your hot tub. Did a great job, clear communication, and very timely and responsive.
Terrible service. He came and had me order a new pump, which didn't fit. Then, he didn't take any responsibility and ghosted me. Now I'm out the $200 and have to get someone else to help me get the correct one. Stay away from this guy.
Since I opened up my pool this Spring, it hasn't been working correctly. I have had 5 different pool professionals come out to fix it, and every one of them came out, investigated the problem, then ghosted me - not returning my calls, texts, etc. I came across Chandler Pool and they came out that day, and within 5 minutes figured out the problem. I was having issues with a pool pump. I called everywhere and almost no one would service the pool because of the location. Those that would take a look couldn't figure out what was wrong. I found Chandler and they came out the next day, and correctly diagnosed the issue. We installed the correct parts and now everything is working great!
