They installed our RO and soft water systems. While the installation went pretty well, they failed in customer service by not showing up on three separate occasions when they said they would. I’m in Tucson, which might be a factor, but then don’t take a job in Tucson if you can’t follow up with the service, especially in the first year. I think it’s rude and inconsiderate of someone else’s time when you make an appointment and don’t show up. We couldn't have been happier with our recent job completion by Chandler Plumbing, in particular Tony the plumber who did the work. This was a project I thought I would tackle on my own and once I got into it I realized we would need someone with some real plumbers skills. Enter Tony, he analyzed the problem and dove right in to complete this job. Thank you for the excellent work. We have a few more home plumbing jobs and will be calling Chandler Plumbing to get these done properly and at a fair price.
