would give 0 stars if possible. booked a groupon with this place. called 7 times to try to get ahold of the location to see if they had sooner openings for prenatal massage before May, as i’m due end of march…. no response and i emailed as well. very unprofessional and very displeased with this “business”.
I think how a person handles issues says so much about them and their business. Let me start by saying the massage was excellent. Tyler focused on my pain point but still gave me a full body experience. We had a very minor hiccup when I arrived - not anything I would have ever complained about. The building was locked and I couldn’t figure out how to get in. Tyler was amazing, caring, and very informative. I visited Chandler Mindful massage while visiting the area and loved every moment of my experience and wish it would’ve been longer. Tyler even followed up a few days after the visit to see how I was feeling. The environment is very comfortable and relaxing.
I didn’t get to have a massage due to some issues I was having, but Tyler’s customer service skills are incredible. She handled a really stressful situation for me incredibly well. Thank you again, Tyler.
I started going by to Ty about a year ago when I was still pregnant to get relief for the prenatal pains, and have been coming back almost monthly to help me get thru new postpartum surprises. Whatever odd pains I have, Ty not only manages to relieve them during the massage, but she also gives great guidance for self care and stretches at home.
