We were motor/sailing up the Oregon Coast on vacation when we lost the ability to charge our batteries. We pulled into Newport Harbor after calling Todd. He arrived on time and went to work right away to solve the problem. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He spent several hours over two days to come up with a solution that got us back on the move and helped us understand what our boat needed long term. Thanks Todd!
We were delayed in Newport on our way south with a propeller shaft problem on our sailboat. I felt like a hot potato at several places I called. It's a commercial fishing town so cruising sailboats don't seem to be well-served here. Todd was recommended by a delivery captain I met at the dock who said "stop calling around and just call Todd Chandler".
