Front desk team is awesome, but I’m quite confused about my experience yesterday. Someone entered to change the fire alarm battery, I was asked to move a chair so they could place the ladder there, I replied yeah as I’m already moving it. I was also speaking on the phone, in english. Telling them one minute someone is here to change the fire alarm battery and that I had to put my phone down for a bit.
