Unable to help, due to all of the cut backs
Front desk team is awesome, but I’m quite confused about my experience yesterday. Someone entered to change the fire alarm battery, I was asked to move a chair so they could place the ladder there, I replied yeah as I’m already moving it. I was also speaking on the phone, in english. Telling them one minute someone is here to change the fire alarm battery and that I had to put my phone down for a bit. The front desk People (Elizabeth & Lorena) are wonderful they did their best to make porting from another State (GA) as easy as possible (paperwork transfering was hard due to different systems) Anyone porting to Arizona the file needs to be encrypted due to privacy 🔏 laws!!! Make sure to have all of your Originals (birth certificates, SSI, and income)on hand they will NOT take copies!! Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars because I wish I would've known that in advance before porting.
