I have encountered multiple challenges with this clinic that have left me deeply dissatisfied. My initial appointment, scheduled after a two-year wait, was further delayed when I received a cancellation notice just one week prior, citing unforeseen circumstances. My GP was forced to resubmit the referral due to the extended waiting period. My experience here was amazing, they genuinely tried to help me , if you get Chantelle for your case manager , you are so so lucky , she has helped me more than any psychologist has ever helped me with my mental health and how to deal with it. So sad to leave but I really appreciate her dedication into helping me get to know myself more.

Waited for almost 2hrs the nurse did not put a tick against my husbands name because we arrived early those who came after was seen and we were kept waiting very disappointed with the service
