I domt think we going to live there
I moved in around October 2019 and it seems like a decent place. Granted majority is hispanic but they are very nice people so that doesn’t bother me. It’s an older historic neighborhood with many unique and charming homes. Although there have been some crazy shootings occur since moving in, I still feel relatively safe. ***Edit to this review*** A new mgmt company came in here at the end of December 2023 and they are HORRIBLE!! They keep trying to charge me an extra month of rent even though I have told them and told then a... read more
