I did like this, it was easy to stick to because it was 25 minutes but pretty consistent HIIT, so little reason for me to say "i'm gonna skip out today". its all at your level but pretty dynamic, if your in shape you can get a good quick exercise and if you need to get in shape it has all the tools to progress you
I really tried to refrain from posting negatively however it’s one of those places that won’t stop calling. I signed up for info FIVE years ago and they won’t stop calling and texting. Getting any call from a business is inappropriate after 5. I’ve asked a few times but the calls keep coming. Find a better method such as social media to find clients.
