Dominique knows her stuff on the back of her hands! I used to go with someone else to do my taxes and that person was soo unresponsive with my texts and I left him and with Dominique ! She’s always so quick to respond and if she out of town she will let you know she’s not here she’ll respond and get back with you as soon as she gets back! Excellent customer service!
Very helpful, informative and professional
1 star because she seems to know what she’s doing however she does not value her customers time. I was referred to Her and my first appointment she booked multiple people in one time slot. Many people were in office longer than anticipated. Second attempt to working with her, she cancelled my appointment while I was on my way(I live 45 minutes away), rescheduled for a phone call appointment and half assed the session, her attention was divided.
