Let it be known, to ALL HOMEOWNERS AND LANDSCAPERS. Chandler Equipment, a Stihl dealer in Ft. Pierce, told me that my $800 (after taxes) pole saw can not be “rained on”. It’s barely 90 days old and would not start. They said it’s $450-$500 (after taxes) to give it a new engine. The actually said to me “no engine can be rained on”… I kid you not… I have a recording of my last conversation with them to back up their ridiculous statements… Choose your Stihl dealer wisely…
