I took my12 yr old daughter to Chandler Dental clinic on W. Friendly Rd in Geensboro, NC. She had her 6 month cleaning Tuesday. She had a lot of discomfort and complained the hygienist put the scraping tool very deep into her gum pocket. It caused bleeding. She also told me they told her she had weird teeth at the bottom. I have her some Tylenol and didn't think anything else of it. I did however, plan to call the dentist before the next appointment to see if we could switch hygienist. The staff and dentist are the most caring I have ever experienced. This clinic accepts the Cone Health Orange card and only charges $40 per visit!
Thanks to Amy, my daughter of 6 years of age hass ended her lifelong bond with our very beloved dentist, Dr. Hall. I will be complaining via email to Amy's supervisor Nicole. I have not ever had a real problem with this place outside of them not letting me come back with my daughter because she is 5. Yet, I am unsure that any parent would like that, right?
