Unfortunately this company has a very unprofessional staff member, I tried having my taxes there and he was just very rude and unwilling to help. Fortunately I found another local company that has better manners. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I switched to chandler this past tax year. I was very satisfied. Very professional staff and shauna is awesome. All my questions were answered adequately and swiftly. Always available for tax preparation and planning. Highly recommend their services.
