While traveling through Vinita on a 100 degree day, we had a fuel pump issue with our pickup. It was barely running and we were 2hrs from our destination. We made it to the dealership & they immediately began the diagnostics. Despite being very busy they were able to repair the issue & get us on our way within several hours. A very courteous & efficient dealership. Vinita is lucky to have them!
Stay clear of Jerry Seiner. Chevrolet. Scammers. They tried bait and switch on me. Plus, I think they hate veterans.
I had my Cadillac CTS towed to Eagle GMC due to a power steering alarm code on my dash. My vehicle was fully operational (never had any issues starting) prior to paying this dealership thousands of dollars in repairs. My Cadillac is now inoperable, and they won’t even return my call… The power steering code came up on my dash and the steering felt tight in my driveway (at low speed). As a new person to the area, while on a weekend adventure to Lake Tenkiller, I thought it would be fun. Our 2024 Trax just froze up. We finally got a tow, and I said to take it to Tommy Nix. Yes, it was late on Saturday and Sunday they are closed. On Monday, we had a superstar Brandon Claunts. The damage meant the whole engine was going to get replaced. It would require 10 to 14 days.
