I recently had a very unsettling experience with the lady who runs Chandler BMX. Unfortunately, her behavior left much to be desired. I called to inquire about some details regarding my 4-year-old son's interest in racing his electric bike, and the conversation quickly turned unprofessional. She used profanity and belittled the make of my son's bike, which was completely unnecessary.
