Awesome experience for us. Refrigerator was out. Diagnosed over the phone, and got lucky with a repairman in the area. He was over in less than 20 minutes, and had it fixed in about a half hour. Highly recommend and will use them in the future. Also, the repairman was very professional and polite.
Called to inquire for services. Asked if I should text over the model number of the fridge. The guy had an attitude and hung up the phone. We had multiple appliances that needed maintenance I guess they don’t need the business reflected in his tone and condescending remarks.
Eddie diagnosed my fridge's problem over the phone saving me considerable time and money. Then he gave me options and recommended a path forward. AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! Service like this is rare today. If you have an appliance problem, I would give Eddie and Jessie a call. You won't find anyone more fair.
I called them with an issue. They told me to try XYandZ before they sent anyone out. Gave me a realistic idea of what it would cost to fix my fridge and sent me on my way with invaluable information. If the steps they recommended don't work I will absolutely be hiring these guys. Knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I wish more people were like this.
The main person who takes the call is the nicest guy when you call the first time to schedule repair. The repair guy will then show up (not on time though) and in 2 min will diagnose your complex problem. Will then apologies for not having the part. But will promise to fix it by next day. Will still take $150 from you for "diagnostics". And then your nightmare starts. The repair guy will disappear forever. Will not pick up the phone. And when you call the main office, the "nice" guy now shifts to a complete jackass. Honestly... read more
