I took a vintage chandelier in for rewiring and was told it would take two weeks. It took much much longer. They also agreed to rewire and sell a larger chandelier to me that they had in stock. That transaction never happened. A positive thing I can say about my experience is that my chandelier did get rewired. I was supposed to pay for it when I picked up the larger chandelier but after attempting to contact them several times with no response, it seemed clear neither transaction was going to occur.
