I was a patient for years. Yes, her staff is rude. I don't know if she doesn't see it or doesn't care. Very sad. (Apparently Todd didn't remember giving the negative reviews of other doctors when she posted this one calling any of us who didn't agree idiots with keyboards :D. Oops :)! )
I already understand why the doctor has poor reviews. It’s because of her staff’s service. They provide terrible service. They need to take a customer service course. They don’t know that their salary is paid by the patients?
This doctor is a nightmare. We had an appt at 2pm. When we arrived 159, the doctor refused to see us because signatures were missing from paperwork. We waited 2 months for an appointment. This is healthcare and this doctor DOES NOT CARE. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.
So I have no idea why so many negative reviews, Dr. K is amazing! She actually takes time with you as a patient to learn and help. All those complaining about the office staff, perhaps stop being an a$$ with the team there. They are their to help, but can only help folks ONE at a time, give it a minute and they will help you! It is horrible any idiot with a keyboard can write a negative review for such an awesome team. Do they get 'short' with folks when they are stressed, I'm sure they do! My internist sent a referral to Dr. Konduru for thyroid treatment. Dr. Konduru opted to not see me. No explanation was given. I asked the person on the phone what the reason was and she simply said the doctor opts to not see me. I have a diagnosed thyroid disorder and an endocrinologist opts to not see me even with a referral from my primary care? Now I'm glad she wouldn't see me if this is how she runs her practice.
