I recently ordered my reception lengha from here. I was working with Nuv and Raman, and Chandan himself. Honestly had the best experience! They were all so kind, patient, and helpful. Very easy to work with. As the bride, i had some changes i wanted to create to my dress a week after the initial order and they were so accommodating. Very disappointing custom tailoring experience. After ordering, we experienced multiple critical issues: the initial fabric choice became unavailable, the final garment length was significantly incorrect, and the fit was far too tight despite clear tailoring requests. We were ultimately forced to pivot to an entirely different design due to these inventory and sizing failures. Communication and execution fell well short of expectations, we had to buy another outfits at very last minute ,and I would not recommend this vendor ... read more

This place is amazing, the collection is great, i got a pair for my Roka at a reasonable price. And Rithika helped me look for options that i liked on video call and in person. Great service and the store is amazing.
