Amazing customer service, communication and delivery! I had originally visited the Toronto location and was actually set on a beautiful bridal lehenga there but after visiting Chandan Heritage in Brampton, they were able to find me something that was more traditional but with all the elements I wanted in the original. Mehak, Rithika and Chandan were able to assist me and made sure that I left with a smile on face. Thank you! Cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day.

Great shopping experience! Chandan is super helpful and thorough so you feel comfortable and confident in your choice. Takes the time to explain everything which is really helpful. Would definitely recommend going here for your bridal needs.

I would not recommend this place, primarily due to their poor communication after the initial purchase. It feels like once they receive payment, they slowly lose all sense of urgency or customer care. Planning a desi wedding is already stressful, and trying to get in touch with them afterward was frustrating and exhausting—definitely not something you want to deal with during such a busy time.
