We just moved back in after living elsewhere in the state for two years. We loved living here before (previously 3-4 years) and while Jeff and the maintenance staff are still great, and Ailyn from the leasing office seems to be good, the property manager was disappointing initially. He did not proactively communicate, and the most recent time it prompted bank fees all because he couldn’t disclose or get back to us sooner after at least 8 days of bringing concerns up to the staff on incorrect invoicing. Just moving out after 2 and a half years and had a great experience! Building is clean, leasing staff is always friendly and maintenance is top notch. Would recommend to any and everyone.
I'm beyond thrilled with my experience at Chancery Square! Management has been very positive and helpful. I was on a tight deadline to find a new place due to a job opportunity in Morristown, and they made the entire leasing process seamless. The building is lovely, and the location is perfect for my commute. Huge thanks to Ailyn and Caroline for help and professionalism. I'm so glad I chose Chancery Square as my home!
I’ve lived here a few months and so far so good. The lobby and common areas are kept clean and the office staff has been responsive and very helpful. The leasing process was extremely simple, transparent, and painless. Ailyn made the entire process a breeze and was very helpful and responsive. Move-in was very straightforward as well with no issues. Ailyn did an excellent job making sure elevators were reserved and the apartment was ready to go when the movers arrived.
