Just moved in but so far everything has been 5/5 stars! The building is kept clean and is quiet, and the staff is friendly. Ailyn, especially, was a tremendous help in our move in process. She was extremely communicative and helpful every step of the way. We are excited to be part of this community!
I’ve had a really good experience here so far. The apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and it’s easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and pretty much everything you need. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by is how quiet it is. I’ve had issues with noisy neighbors in previous apartments, but the soundproofing here has been really good, and I haven’t had any problems with that. July 2026 Update: Avoid. 4 months and they still can’t update the lobby call box for their new residents. Originally we were told that the office staff here didn’t know how to do it (though the property manager been here about a year) and that they had to reach out to the property manager who left about 2-3 years ago to get this updated. Now there are other issues. Ailyn was accommodating and gave a great tour. Love the Chancery Square, highly recommend.
Overall an excellent location, amenities and common areas well kept. Ailyn Martinez was the best leasing agent I've ever met. Extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. I moved to Morristown needing a place ASAP and would not have done it so quickly without her as well as the rest of management's help with streamlining the process.
