Moving into Chancery Square has been a smooth and positive experience. Management has been very professional and welcoming throughout the process, and I want to give special recognition to Ailyn Martinez. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set, in order, and stress-free during my move-in. Her clear communication and attentiveness made the transition much easier. Thank you to the whole Chancery Square team—and especially Ailyn - for the great support in making this feel like home.

I lived at this property for almost 3.5 years total. I moved in during the first summer of the pandemic and took a short term lease. During that time Justin & Caroline were in the office and I didn’t have any complaints about the property or the staff. They were pleasant and helpful. I liked it so much that I moved back in early 2022. Initially the property staff were fine but then they got a new leasing staff, Gianna. Then Justin, the manager, was hardly ever on property. I would never recommend that anyone rent here. The rent is absurd for what you get, and the units need serious updates. The icing on the cake was when I had to break my lease, and they charged me 7000 for that. I have been struggling to pay that amount, and its really BS considering they rented out my apt shortly after I moved out. Just a complete money grab. Now they have sent me to collections and threatening to sue me. All for what? Some arbitrary lease termination fee?! It would be nice if they stopped pursuing me for th... read more
