Worst Place to Have Your Loved One – Do not apply here. They are two faced. Remember Hansel and Gretel -- the facade is lovely, the candy entices. Get in and there are 3 witches: Denise, Barbara and Victoria. They don't care about residents -- only care about what they can charge. Don't send a loved one here- they gossip about everyone – I would not recommend Chancellor Place to anyone. They lie from the start and do not comprehend the definition of "professionalism." They place is run down and going broke. But most importantly, they don't care about your loved one. Denise, the Administrator, allows Victoria, the CNA to disobey doctor orders.
