I want to share my experience with Chancellor Outdoor Solutions - Imperial, MO. I don't usually write reviews but in this case find it necessary to make an exception, Three weeks ago I dropped off a weed trimmer for repair. While waiting for Chancellor to open I had an opportunity to visit with their mechanic - he showed me what was wrong and indicated that it could be repaired. Well I almost never do this however somebody took their equipment there and because they didn't do the repairs correctly. SO this person brought it to me I'm a car mechanic not a small engine repair man all I can say is they did not do what they were supposed to do and charge this person drastically I have corrected the issues so they can use their equipment Run Run three times and the first kept their equipment for 2 months.the first time.
