Over three years never got my prescription right first time. Always had to physically go back to surgery to get correct amounts. Doctors left me for 2 weeks with serious chest infection and fobbed me off not giving me any help told to phone 8am Monday could barely talk and no appointments. Very slow to reply and very poor service. Current practice is amazing 10/10 in comparison to this place.
The appointment system is a bit of a shambles really. If you don't call exactly at 8 am you probably won't get an appointment. While the advice I got from my doctor was alright, I visited a specialist anyway just to be sure and she was much more careful and told me any safety measures and precautions i should take for the future. At least the place is clean.
If you care about your health, don’t waste your time joining, the doctors have no clue what they are doing(only God knows where they got their degrees) and neither do the nurses. Since I have joined, they haven’t been able to offer me any innovative solutions if any solution at all to even the “simplest issues”. Everyone there is lousy and there for their own selfish agenda, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY SURE AS HELL CAN’T WAIT TO GET PAID🤣.
It's a shame to see so many negative reviews for this surgery, as my experience has been really positive. I found them very efficient with admin and scheduling me in. I called at 8 am and was given a telephone appointment just two hours later. The next steps are already happening tommorow, which is amazing as no waiting. The reception staff are also very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate their swift and supportive service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. If you care about you & your families health do not join this practice. The staff are rude & unhelpful & patient care is negligent bordering on dangerous. Doctors are uncaring & unprofessional. My health, both physically and mentally has suffered enormously because of this practice. I’ve been overprescribed potentially harmful medication for years.
