My 95 year old mother enjoyed most staff. She also enjoyed most of the food but says they served rice with every meal! She had a beautiful apartment. And there were many activities and holiday functions.
RecommendedMy mom was on the memory care floor for 4/12 yrs. Dementia is a very sad & long disease, but inspire of the heartbreak of watching her decline slowly the nurses & staff were amazing!! They cared for her & did everything possible to make her last days comfortable. They are not just interested in her care, but were always available to make sure I as her daughter was doing well. Love them all so much & could not have done it with out all of their help & encouragement! Thank you so much!

RecommendedI have the pleasure of going into Highland Glen on a regular basis. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone has been warm and welcoming. I have even seen the executive director vacuuming carpet and moving furniture. The CNAs and Med Techs are great! They show so much compassion for the residents. I can’t say enough about the people here. They will truly take care of your loved one!

Staff is incompetent. No one knows what the other is doing. Hated this place especially Memory Care. My in laws deteriorated there and their daughter used to visit almost nightly. Stay away. Too expensive and the cate level is poor.
