Took a CLE with them 5 years ago and decided to place an order since their office is close to my home office and my former title representative retired. What a mistake! I'm traveling a couple of years later and need an owner's policy. I was advised when I called that the request had to made via email. I sent the email with their file number and the new buyer's title binder. Chancellor was the closing agent and there are still 2 open mortgages. Horrible company - stay away & go somewhere else
Still have not gotten paid for something I did back in August. Have gotten multiple emails from them saying Oh yeah they just issued me another check they showed me copies of the checks but still have not received any. As of today they're trying to charge me $25 to overnight I checked to me. I told them they have to pay that fee or they could go and pay me through PayPal if it's so difficult for them to issue me a check still no response they say they cannot do that that I would have to pay the fee.
