I was truly impressed with Chance dedication to finding a route for our mortgage. We came up with a solid plan to secure our mortgage at a rate that was about .5% under the mortgage officer quote we got elsewhere. We will refinance with him in the near term and know it’ll be a no brainer to keep our business with Chance
