I love this office and staff. Dr. Chance is great and I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the visit so great! She's very sweet, and I actually look forward to coming for my next visit.
This place is terrible. The administration is horrible. Maria is rude. She talks to you like you know what you’re supposed to do. That’s why I’m asking all the questions but she has a smart attitude. This place is just worried about money and tells you the procedure is covered and then you receive a bill. Beware of this place the want to give everybody a nightguard even if you don’t need it anyway to make money. Money hungry doctor. Since there's no way to respond to your feedback, I'm just gonna edit my review and say this U are a scammer. Because I went to another dentist, another two dennises, and they said, I was fine, except 1 cavity you are a scammer, They are quick to diagnose you with a diseases you don't have when you saw a dentist 6 to 7 months ago and you all good. All sudden you have a disease. I'm not going to say there's something fishy and they're really heavy-handed on anesthetic. I've never had a problem with having stuff put in my mout... read more
*Disclaimer: We have no problem with Dr. Chance, but his admin team is terrible.* We’ve been coming to this clinic for several years, but every visit feels uncomfortable due to the admin staff. The checkout process is always confusing—Maria at the front desk is never clear on what to do. I’ve had to stand there awkwardly until she finally tells me I’m done. The billing process is also frustrating. My husband gets three oral cleanings a year, and we know his insurance only covers two, so we’re fine paying for the third. Howev... read more
