I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience when I called this clinic to book an urgent dental appointment due to severe tooth pain. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if an earlier appointment was possible, she made an inappropriate and offensive comment in Punjabi, saying that “all Indians only want a dentist when they’re in pain.” As a patient in pain simply seeking help, I did not expect to be met with such disrespect and discrimination. It is best to call and book an appointment nice clean practice staff are very polite I know many people that go to this dentist.
I have been attending this surgery for over 30 years and they have always been professional and polite. I have always been seen there or thereabouts on appointment times. I would definitely recommend.
I’m completely happy with Dr Chana’s professionalism. The staff at the surgery are courteous and helpful. Dr Chana’s latest work on my teeth has brought smile to my face. I do recommend this surgery to all.
